Can I take hand luggage?
You are entitled to carry one piece of luggage, which can fit under your seat or in the overhead compartment.
Will I need travel insurance?
We highly recommend all our passengers to get travel insurance that is suitable for the type of trip or tour they are conducting.
Will I need vaccination to travel on one of your trips?
All destinations have different health requirements, and we provide health and vaccination guidelines for each relevant destination.
How much leg room do I have?
You will have approx 8 inches of leg room.
Do I have to take a car seat on the coach for my child?
Car seats are not provided on the coaches, but passengers should carry car seats travelling with infants for comfort and safety.
Can we carry alcohol on the coach?
You are allowed to purchase & carry alcohol on the coach. Due to policy, you will not be able to consume on board the coach.
Do you have parking at your pickup points for vehicles?
No, we are sorry we do not have any designated parking at any of our pickup points.
Is my Tour/Trip guaranteed to run?
All our group Tour/Trips are subject to minimum number based on confirmed travellers. If we do not reach that minimum number, we have the right to cancel the Trip/Tour. However if we do cancel we will issue you a full refund or you can choose to travel on another date with us.
When will I get my refund if My-Tours cancel a trip/tour?
Upto 5 working days. 
Why would you cancel a Tour/Trip?
If Tour/Trip does not reach the minimum passengers, it is not possible for us to run the tour.
