Where can I put my luggage?

Small cases and bags can be stored in the coach’s underbody luggage compartment.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Deposits are non-refundable.
Day Trips:
More than 6 weeks → Balance refunded (minus admin/supplier costs).
Within 6 weeks → No refund.
Holidays & Short Breaks:
More than 10 weeks → Balance refunded (minus admin/supplier costs).
Within 10 weeks → No refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Why do I only pay a deposit first?

Deposits secure your place while giving you time to spread the cost.
Once your deposit is paid, you’ll receive an email with a “Pay Now” button, so you can pay your balance in full or in stages whenever you’re ready.

When is my final balance due?

Day Trips: 2 weeks before departure.
Holidays & Short Breaks:
Monthly instalments (balance divided over remaining months).
Bulk payments: 50% by 6 months, 75% by 3 months, final 25% by 4 weeks.
Or pay in full any time.
