    Terms & Conditions – Key Points

    Deposits are non-refundable.
    Day trips: balances refundable up to 6 weeks before.
    Holidays: balances refundable up to 10 weeks before.
    Refunds processed within 3–5 working days.
    Day trips: balance due 2 weeks before departure.
    Holidays: monthly or bulk payments (50% by 6 months, 75% by 3 months, 25% by 4 weeks).
    Once deposit is paid, you’ll receive an email with a “Pay Now” button.
    Arrive 15 mins early at pick-up points – no refunds if missed.
    Children under 16 must travel with a responsible adult.
